
With the certification of the ISO 9002-94 Quality Management Systems [Quality
Certification Bureau Inc. (QCB) ] being achieved by The Gear Centre and
Pat's Driveline, we have only just come to the beginning, not the end, of
the ISO quality process.
Certification requires continuous improvement - now and forever. It is a
message of confidence to customers. It is a level of confidence that grows,
due to the continuous monitoring and improvement it requires.
For over 20 years, we have always been committed and proud to market only
the best quality products and services, but now we have taken a large step
forward to achieve certification from these independent quality management
system experts to affirm that we meet our commitments to the quality of
our products and services.
The mission at The Gear Centre and Pat's Driveline from now on will go far
beyond the old notion of quality control. It has been substituted by implementing
the Immediate Corrective Action and Preventive Action which identifies the
source of failure and eliminates it, and this is our commitment to ensure
customer satisfaction.
Like you, we believe that establishing and maintaining the Quality Assurance
Program is our investment for matching our customers current and future
needs. It is our intention to diligently apply this quality Management System
for continued high calibre products and services for our customers.
